The bird-of-prey was part of the Klingon fleet for well over a century. We first saw it in STAR TREK III and it went on to make countless appearances on TNG and DS9. Nilo Rodis' menacing ship is a classic which he designed so the wings would move. This version shows the ship in flight mode, with the wings in the horizontal position.
