In the TNG episode 'The Next Phase', the crew come to the aid of a Romulan Science Vessel. What they don’t realize is that it has been experimenting with a new kind of cloaking device which shifts the ship out of phase with the normal universe. When the technology effects Ro and Geordi, the crew believe they are dead. The design was a modified version of the Romulan scout ship, which was designed by Rick Sternbach for 'The Defector'. The Eaglemoss model is 5.1" (13 cm) long.
