The Autons are a form of living plastic that is animated by the Nestene Consciousness. They made their debut in 'Spearhead from Space', the story that introduced the Third Doctor. As part of their plan, they created humanlike bodies that had guns concealed in their hands. This figurine shows an Auton worker, who were effectively warriors and only had crude features. The figurine is 10 cm tall.

This figure captures the kind of Cyberman that appears in the Seventh Doctor adventure 'Silver Nemesis'. These Cybermen had a new look with an oxidised gold helmet, added tubing, updated suit, and an all new chest unit.

These Daleks with silver bodies and black domes appeared in the Second Doctor story 'The Evil of the Daleks'. They were special guards for the Dalek Emperor.

In one of Doctor Who's most surreal and memorable stories 'The Mind Robber' the Second Doctor is trapped in a dimension where stories become reality. The 'Land of Fiction' is policed by White Robots who enforce the will of the Master Brain. The Eaglemoss figurine is 11 cm tall.

The Wirrn were giant insectlike creatures that the Fourth Doctor encountered on Nerva Beacon. They were intelligent parasites who planted their eggs inside the humans who were in suspended animation, turning them into Wirrn. They were eliminated when they were lured into a transport ship, which was then destroyed. The figurine was a special oversized issue and is approximately 14 cm tall.

When the Doctor was suffering from a bout of depression he took refuge in nineteenth century London. While he was there he encountered the Great Intelligence, who was bringing malevolent snowmen to life to act as his enforcers. The Snowman figurine is 10 cm tall.

Mestor was a giant sluglike creature who featured in the Sixth Doctor story 'Twin Dilemma'. He planned to spread his eggs throughout the universe, bringing it under his control. He had mental abilities, which he used to take over the mind of the Time Lord Azmael, but he was defeated when the Doctor destroyed his original gastropod body and Azmael used up his last regneration destroying his mind. The figurine stands 10.5 cm tall.

In the episode 'Smile' the Doctor and Bill encounter Emojibots who kill anyone who appears to be unhappy. The robots had display screens in place of faces, which showed emojis indicating whether they were happy of murderous. The Eaglemoss figurine is 3.2" (8.2 cm) tall.

This Time Lord set features Borusa, the Time Lord Cardinal from 'The Deadly Assassin" and the first incarnation of Romana who travelled with the Doctor, starting in 'The Ribos Operation'. These figurines were only produced as part of this set and were not available separately. They each stand between 9 and 10 cm tall.

The Cybermen were redesigned in the Tenth Doctor's first season. These Cybermen, who made their debut in the story 'Rise of the Cybermen', were from a parallel universe where Cybus Industries was the most powerful corporation on Earth. The design gave them hard outer bodies for the first time and became the most familiar version of the Cybermen for the next decade.

In 'Tooth and Claw' the Doctor and Rose meet Queen Victoria who is being threatened by a Werewolf (or as the Doctor calls it a Lupine Wavelength Haemovariform). It's actually an alien that can transform its host by infecting its blood. It planned to take control of Britain by infecting the Queen. The Doctor eventually defeats it using moonlight. The Eaglemoss figurine was a special issue that stands 15 cm tall.

The Skithra were a race of scorpion like creatures who stole technology from other races. In 'Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror' their queen tries to force Tesla to repair her ship. The Eaglemoss figurine is 9.6 cm (approximately 4")  tall.

When we first saw the Ood they were servants on a Sanctuary Base involved in deep-space exploration. They are telepathic and have two brains, one of which they carry in their hands. The Ood on the base were possessed by an ancient being known as the Beast and their eyes glowed red. The Ood figurine stands 10 cm tall.
