The Borg probe appeared in the VOYAGER episode 'Dark Frontier', which saw Janeway trying to steal a Borg transwarp conduit. The probe was the smallest kind of Borg ship that we saw. It was designed by John Eaves who based it on an abandoned design for the Borg ship that attacked Earth in STAR TREK: FIRST CONTACT. The Eaglemoss model is approximately 4.25" (10.5 cm) long.
