The 2009 STAR TREK movie featured a redesigned version of Matt Jefferies' original Klingon Battlecruiser that was packed with vicious looking surface detail. The ship was redesigned by ILM's Alex Jaeger, who wanted to make it look more robust and dangerous. He did that by increasing the depth of the panelling and adding structures that looked like vertebrae to the neck. The Eaglemoss model is an oversized special that is slightly under 9" (22.5 cm) long.
