The opening titles of STAR TREK: ENTERPRISE include a sequence that shows the evolution of spaceflight as mankind moves towards the NX-01. One of the ships shown is the OV-165, which resembles an advanced space shuttle. It was designed by John Eaves, who based it on a real world experimental vessel that was in development at NASA - the Venture Star. The Eagelmoss model measures  5.1" (13 cm) long.
