As part of their plan, they created humanlike bodies that had guns concealed in their hands. This figurine shows an Auton worker, who were effectively warriors and only had crude features. He had mental abilities, which he used to take over the mind of the Time Lord Azmael, but he was defeated when the Doctor destroyed his original gastropod body and Azmael used up his last regneration destroying his mind. When we first saw the Ood they were servants on a Sanctuary Base involved in deep-space exploration. They are telepathic and have two brains, one of which they carry in their hands. The Skithra were a race of scorpion like creatures who stole technology from other races. In 'Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror' their queen tries to force Tesla to repair her ship. The Eaglemoss figurine is 9.6 cm (approximately 4")  tall.

This Black Dalek was one of the leaders of the Dalek Invasion of Earth. This was the Daleks' second appearance and they had been upgraded with the addition of deeper bases and antenna on their backs which supplied them with power.

After the end of the Time War the Doctor believed that all the Daleks were trapped outside normal space and time, but one of them had survived. The Tenth Doctor and Rose found the 'Last Dalek' in Henry van Staten's museum of alien artefacts. The Dalek was revived after it absorbed time-travelling energy from Rose. it started a killng spree before it realized it had developed a conscience and destroyed itself. This version of the modern Dalek has a slightly different paint scheme to all the other Daleks. It is roughly 7.5 cm tall.
