After the end of the Time War the Doctor believed that all the Daleks were trapped outside normal space and time, but one of them had survived. The Tenth Doctor and Rose found the 'Last Dalek' in Henry van Staten's museum of alien artefacts. The Dalek was revived after it absorbed time-travelling energy from Rose. it started a killng spree before it realized it had developed a conscience and destroyed itself. This version of the modern Dalek has a slightly different paint scheme to all the other Daleks. It is roughly 7.5 cm tall.
The Master is the Doctor's nemesis. Like him, he is a Time Lord who can regenerate and different versions of him have confronted the Doctor. This box set set contains the first four: the Master played by Roger Delgado as he appeared in 'Terror of the Autons'; the emaciated Master from 'The Deadly Assassin'; the Anthony Ainley version from 'Castrovalva' and the Eric Roberts Master from the TV movie. This figurine, which is just under 11 cm tall, shows him in his second appearance in 'Arc of Infinity' when he confronted the Fifth Doctor.

Yana was a kind man who only realised his true identity when he met the Doctor. Once he regenerated, the Master was as murderous as ever. The Cheetah People appeared in the Seventh Doctor story 'Survival' and were the last aliens to appear in the series classic run. They were originally humanoids who took on catlike characteristics including fur, fangs and claws, when they were exposed to a a virus that rewrote their DNA.
