The Tenth Doctor and Rose found the 'Last Dalek' in Henry van Staten's museum of alien artefacts. The Dalek was revived after it absorbed time-travelling energy from Rose. it started a killng spree before it realized it had developed a conscience and destroyed itself. This version of the modern Dalek has a slightly different paint scheme to all the other Daleks. It is roughly 7.5 cm tall.

Grid was the alpha Xenomorph from the first Alien vs. Predator movie. The distinctive grid pattern on its head was made by the Predator Celtic's net. After it was captured, its acid blood burned the net away, but left scars behind. Grid was killed when Scar destroyed the pyramid.

In 'Tooth and Claw' the Doctor and Rose meet Queen Victoria who is being threatened by a Werewolf (or as the Doctor calls it a Lupine Wavelength Haemovariform). Sharaz Jek is the villain in 'The Caves of Androzani', which is one of the most admired Doctor Who stories ever made. He was a specialist in androids, who he used to harvest toxic spectrox. He was horribly burned in an accident which led him to wear a distinctive black and white mask. He was eventually killed in a battle with his nemesis Morgus. The figurine is roughly 10 cm tall.

This Star Wars jumbo figure from Gentle Giant depicts 8D8 in pristine glory. Once a Roche Hive 8D-series smelter droid, 8D8 was reprogrammed and dispatched to the droid torture chamber on Tatooine, where he assisted in terrorizing Hutt crime lord Jabba Desilijic's palace droid pool.
