The current version of the TARDIS was actually introduced during the Doctor’s thirteenth regeneration in 2018. It combines the best of all the previous TARDIS props with definite echoes of the original version used by William Hartnell. It has a stacked roof and a more sophisticated paint scheme than its immediate predecessor.

Our model was built by Gavin Rymill. It is 1:21 scale (to go with The Doctor Who Figurine Collection) and stands 139 mm tall to the top of the lamp.

When Doctor Who returned in 2005, the team built an entirely new TARDIS. This version was bigger than any of its predecessors and, in fact, bigger than an original London police box. The production team actually made four different versions of the prop but there were no significant differences between them.

The model is 1:21 scale to match the Eaglemoss figurines and stands 14.3 cm tall.

The TARDIS made its debut in the first Doctor Who story ‘An Unearthly Child’. The idea of travelling through time and space in what looked like a Police Box was revolutionary. The exterior TARDIS prop wasn’t an exact replica of a real Police Box.

It was designed by Peter Brachacki and was a little shorter and narrower than the real thing and didn’t have any door handles. The first version gained a new lamp in the second season but remained otherwise unchanged until the Fourth Season.

Our model was built by Gavin Rymill. It is 1:21 scale (to go with The Doctor Who Figurine Collection) and stands 130 mm tall to the top of the lamp.

The original TARDIS prop was modified in “The War Games” and this version was used throughout the Third Doctor’s stories and for the Fourth Doctor's first two seasons. The original version of the TARDIS was modified at the end of the show’s third season. The design of the roof was altered so that it was flatter, and new doors were made with a new lock. This version first appeared in “The War Machines” and was used throughout the Second Doctor’s tenure. It was given a refit before “The War Games”.

During the Seventh Doctor’s tenure, there were actually three different versions of the TARDIS, all of which were made of fibreglass. They were all cast from the same moulds, but there were differences to do with the frame around the sign at the top and the position of the lock and handles. These TARDIS props had doors on the front and the back. On one side, the door opened on the left; on the other side, it opened on the right.

The Valeyard was a malevolent version of the Doctor who was pulled out of time. He claimed to be created from somewhere between the Doctor's Twelfth and Thirteenth regenerations. This figurine captures Tom Baker's Fourth Doctor, clad in the ceremonial Gallifreyan robes he donned in 'The Deadly Assassin'. The story saw the Fourth Doctor pitted against the Master who returned after three years in a new, decrepit wraith-like form played by Peter Pratt! The President of Gallifrey is resigning, and ready to name his successor but the Doctor is an unwanted guest at the ceremony. Scale 1:21, approx 110mm tall.
This is the version of the Dalek which appeared in the first season after Doctor Who returned in 2005. It is subtly different from the Dalek that appeared earlier in the season, with some changes to the painting and it went on to become the definitive take on the Daleks. The figurine is 8 cm tall.
