Star Trek Week Competition & Deal Terms

A. Competition — Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter. Heathside Trading Limited (company number 05643603), Unit 1a Bolton Avenue, Huncoat Industrial Estate, Accrington, England, BB5 6NJ, trading as Master Replicas.
2. Eligibility. Open to residents of the United States aged 18 or over at the time of entry, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, and anyone connected with the competition. [US eligibility to confirm with legal — e.g. residents of the 50 states + DC; the total prize value is under US$5,000, which avoids NY/FL registration.]
3. How to enter. Entry is free; no purchase necessary. Complete the form at Star Trek Week Competition and correctly answer all three multiple-choice questions before the closing time. One entry per person; bulk or automated entries are void.
4. Competition period. Opens 09:00 BST on Tuesday 8th September 2026 and closes 23:59 BST on Friday 11th September 2026.
5. Prizes. First prize: the Star Trek collector bundle (as listed on the competition page; RRP approx. $595) plus $100 store credit. Three (3) runner-up prizes: $100 store credit each. Store credit is redeemable at Master Replicas, valid until 31st October 2026, non-transferable, with no cash alternative. Product prizes are subject to availability; the Promoter may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
6. Winner selection. Winners are drawn at random from all entries that answer all three questions correctly. The first drawn wins first prize; the next three are runners-up.
7. Notification. Winners will be selected and notified by email during September 2026. A winner who does not respond within 14 days of notification may be replaced by a redraw.
8. Publicity. The Promoter may publish winners' first name and county/state. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity.
9. Data. Personal data is used only to administer the competition, in line with the Promoter's Privacy Policy. Marketing consent is optional, separate, and not a condition of entry.
10. General. No cash alternative; prizes are non-transferable. The Promoter may amend or cancel the competition, or these terms, where reasonably necessary. The Promoter's decision is final. Governed by the laws of England & Wales.
11. Not endorsed by third parties. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by the licensor or by any social-media platform used to promote it.

B. Star Trek Week deal — store-credit terms

• Event window: Tuesday 8th September 2026, 09:00 BST to Friday 11th September 2026, 23:59 BST.
• How it works: spend on Star Trek during the window and earn store credit back at the tier you reach.
• Product spend only the tiers apply to Star Trek product spend and do NOT include shipping. Qualifying spend covers all Star Trek lines (including pre-order lines); shipping charges are excluded.
• Tiers (US): $60 → $8    |    $110 → $16    |    $150 → $26    |    $220 → $48.
• Collector Club: members' standing 10% discount continues to apply during the event, in addition to the store-credit tiers.
• Your credit: issued to your account w/c 15 September 2026, redeemable against in-stock product only (excludes pre-order), valid until 31st October 2026. Non-transferable; no cash alternative.
• Tiers: the higher tier reached applies (credit is not cumulative across tiers).
