The Fesarius was the first alien ship created for STAR TREK. It was an unusual vessel - a giant sphere made of pearl-like domes - that was much more powerful than the Enterprise. It appeared in 'The Corbomite Maneuver,' the first episode that was filmed after the pilots, and was commanded by Balok. The model is a sphere with a diameter of 2.3" (6 cm).
