It was the first Earth ship to fly faster than the speed of light, a feat that attracted the attention of the Vulcans and led to first contact. It's story is at the center of the movie FIRST CONTACT. It was designed by John Eaves who fitted warp nacelles into an adapted ICBM. The model is 5.5" (14 cm) long.
