The U.S.S. Reliant was created for STAR TREK II and was designed to be a cut down version of Kirk’s Enterprise without a secondary hull. In the original drawings, the nacelles were above the saucer, but producer Harve Bennett signed the drawings upside down. No-one was sure if this was accident and the ship ended up being flipped over so the nacelles were below. The model is 4.75” (12 cm) long.
