This version of the Silurians is from the Fifth Doctor story 'Warriors of the Deep' when they teamed up with their cousins the Sea Devils to attack Sea Base Four as the beginning of a plot to reclaim control of the Earth. The figurine is approximately 11 cm tall.

This Black Dalek was one of the leaders of the Dalek Invasion of Earth. This was the Daleks' second appearance and they had been upgraded with the addition of deeper bases and antenna on their backs which supplied them with power. 

The Autons are a form of living plastic that is animated by the Nestene Consciousness. They made their debut in 'Spearhead from Space', the story that introduced the Third Doctor. As part of their plan, they created humanlike bodies that had guns concealed in their hands. This figurine shows an Auton worker, who were effectively warriors and only had crude features.

After the end of the Time War the Doctor believed that all the Daleks were trapped outside normal space and time, but one of them had survived. The Tenth Doctor and Rose found the 'Last Dalek' in Henry van Staten's museum of alien artefacts. The Dalek was revived after it absorbed time-travelling energy from Rose. it started a killng spree before it realized it had developed a conscience and destroyed itself. This version of the modern Dalek has a slightly different paint scheme to all the other Daleks. It is roughly 7.5 cm tall.

The Cyber Warriors were an advanced form of Cyberman who appeared in 'Ascension of the Cybermen'. They were survivors of the last great Cyber War in the distant future. The Doctor and her companions encountered an entire ship full of them who led the invasion of Gallifrey.

The Master is the Doctor's nemesis. Like him, he is a Time Lord who can regenerate and different versions of him have confronted the Doctor. This box set set contains the first four: the Master played by Roger Delgado as he appeared in 'Terror of the Autons'; the emaciated Master from 'The Deadly Assassin'; the Anthony Ainley version from 'Castrovalva' and the Eric Roberts Master from the TV movie. Mestor was a giant sluglike creature who featured in the Sixth Doctor story 'Twin Dilemma'. He planned to spread his eggs throughout the universe, bringing it under his control. He had mental abilities, which he used to take over the mind of the Time Lord Azmael, but he was defeated when the Doctor destroyed his original gastropod body and Azmael used up his last regneration destroying his mind. The figurine stands 10.5 cm tall.

When the Doctor was suffering from a bout of depression he took refuge in nineteenth century London. While he was there he encountered the Great Intelligence, who was bringing malevolent snowmen to life to act as his enforcers. The Snowman figurine is 10 cm tall.
