The Master was introduced in Doctor Who's seventh season and was devised to as the Moriaty to the Doctor's Sherlock Holmes. Like the Doctor, he was a Time Lord but his thirst for power caused him to cross swords with the Doctor and UNIT on several occasions. Suave, yet sinister and with a deep hypnotic stare, the Master was one of the most dangerous men in the Universe.
