The Skithra were a race of scorpion like creatures who stole technology from other races. In 'Nikola Tesla's Night of Terror' their queen tries to force Tesla to repair her ship. The Eaglemoss figurine is 9.6 cm (approximately 4")  tall.

Sharaz Jek is the villain in 'The Caves of Androzani', which is one of the most admired Doctor Who stories ever made. He was a specialist in androids, who he used to harvest toxic spectrox. He was horribly burned in an accident which led him to wear a distinctive black and white mask. He was eventually killed in a battle with his nemesis Morgus. The figurine is roughly 10 cm tall.

The Chameleons suffered a catastrophe on their home planet that left them without faces or identities. Arrogantly declaring themselves the most intelligent beings in the galaxy, they set about abducting and replacing humans‚at least, until the Second Doctor got involved.

The Master is the Doctor's nemesis. Like him, he is a Time Lord who can regenerate and different versions of him have confronted the Doctor. This box set set contains the first four: the Master played by Roger Delgado as he appeared in 'Terror of the Autons'; the emaciated Master from 'The Deadly Assassin'; the Anthony Ainley version from 'Castrovalva' and the Eric Roberts Master from the TV movie. After the end of the Time War the Doctor believed that all the Daleks were trapped outside normal space and time, but one of them had survived. The Tenth Doctor and Rose found the 'Last Dalek' in Henry van Staten's museum of alien artefacts. The Dalek was revived after it absorbed time-travelling energy from Rose. it started a killng spree before it realized it had developed a conscience and destroyed itself. This version of the modern Dalek has a slightly different paint scheme to all the other Daleks. It is roughly 7.5 cm tall.

This model of Supreme Dalek appeared in the Fifth Doctor story  'Resurrection of the Daleks', which sees the Daleks attack London and make moves in their war with the Time Lords. It is 7.6 cm tall.

This time around the First Doctor was played by David Bradley, who also played William Hartnell in the drama documentary 'An Adventure in Space and Time'. The figurine is 9.7 cm tall.

Grid was the alpha Xenomorph from the first Alien vs. Predator movie. The distinctive grid pattern on its head was made by the Predator Celtic's net. After it was captured, its acid blood burned the net away, but left scars behind. Grid was killed when Scar destroyed the pyramid.

The Pirate Captain appeared in the Fourth Doctor story 'The Pirate Planet', which was written by Douglas Adams and was part of the Key to Time story arc. He used a hollowed out planet to steal resources from other worlds, had robotic limbs and even a robotic parrot. The figurine is just under 11 cm tall. 

The clockwork robots appeared in the Tenth Doctor story 'The Girl in the Fireplace'. They were from the 51st century but after a computer malfunction they became obsessed with Madame de Pompadour. They travelled through time to the 18th century, making various attempts to steal her brain. As part of their plan they dressed like members of the French court.
