Battlestar Galactica · 48th Anniversary
1. Promoter. This promotion is run by Master Replicas (Heathside Trading Ltd), operating masterreplicas.co.uk (UK & rest of world) and masterreplicas.com (USA).
2. The promotion. "Spend & Save" — customers who spend across the Battlestar Galactica range during the promotion period earn store credit to spend later, as set out below. Run on both sites.
3. Promotion period.
a. Collector Club early access: from midday (UK/BST time) on Wednesday 16th September 2026.
b. Open to all customers: from midday on Thursday 17 September 2026.
c. Store credit is earned on qualifying orders placed up to 23:59 on 30th September 2026 (BST).
4. Earning store credit.
a. Store credit is earned per qualifying order, based on the order's product value, as follows: spend $40–$79 earn $10; spend $80–$149 earn $25; spend $150–$249 earn $50; spend $250 or more earn $90.
b. The qualifying spend is the value of eligible products in the order before any Collector Club or other discount is applied, and excludes shipping, taxes and any gift-wrapping or fees.
c. One credit award per order, at the highest tier the order reaches. Tiers are not cumulative across separate orders.
d. Limited-edition ships do not count toward the qualifying spend.
5. Receiving your store credit. Credit earned during the promotion is applied to the customer's account in early October 2026. Customers will be notified by email. Credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Using your store credit.
a. Redeemable from when it is applied to your account in early October 2026 until 23:59 on 31 October 2026, after which it expires and cannot be used or reinstated.
b. Valid against the Battlestar Galactica range only. It cannot be used to buy the limited-edition ships (Prometheus, Cerberus, Solaria, Rycon).
c. Applied at checkout against product value. It cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable, and cannot be used on the site(s) other than the one on which it was issued.
d. Cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions, including Black Friday / Cyber Monday offers.
e. Redeemable on the same customer account/email that earned it.
7. Returns, cancellations and refunds.
a. If a qualifying order is cancelled or returned such that its eligible spend falls below the tier that was awarded, the store credit may be adjusted to the correct tier or withdrawn.
b. Where store credit has already been redeemed against a subsequent order that is then returned, refunds are made in store credit up to the credit amount used. Standard returns policy otherwise applies.
8. Limited-edition ships.
a. Battlestar Prometheus and Battlestar Cerberus are released on the dates in clause 3; Battlestar Solaria and Battlestar Rycon are released in early November 2026 (Collector Club early access 4th November 2026, general release 5th November 2026).
b. Each is a limited edition of 500 units at $74.99, sold at full price, first come first served, while stocks last, with no restock.
c. Limit of one per customer, per ship.
d. Collector Club members receive access 24 hours before general release.
9. Currency and stores. Prices, tiers and credit are in GBP on masterreplicas.co.uk and USD on masterreplicas.com, at the same numeric values. Credit is valid only on the site on which it was issued.
10. General. The Promoter may amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion, or correct obvious errors, at any time. The promotion is subject to the site's standard terms of sale and privacy policy — including their governing law and jurisdiction — which apply to this promotion. It is void where prohibited.
